The 9th annual CareVoyant User Group Conference (UGC) wrapped up August 8th to strong attendance and rave reviews. Every year, over 100 CareVoyant customers travel from across the USA to the Chicago area for three days of learning, networking, and planning. The UGC features numerous networking opportunities, and over 40 break-out sessions designed to make the most of their CareVoyant investment. Sessions include CareVoyant-specific topics, regulatory updates, and sessions presented by partners on a variety of topics that interest attendees.

This year, many of our sponsors presented sessions, including: iDatix, eHealthData, ZirMed, PPS Plus, CellTrak, Trizetto, Homecare CRM, CareWatch, Healthcare Market Resources, and Premier Computing.

Popular sessions included regulatory updates for home health, regulatory updates for home health, threats and opportunities under health care reform, ICD-10: What your coder needs to know, and survey do’s and dont’s.

Additionally, several CareVoyant customers presented their stories of successfully rolling out solutions at their location. This year, customers from home care, long term care, and medical billing presented their technology stories. These sessions are among the most popular.
